Auto Glass Now’s speed of service is built into their name – no matter the issue, their job is to get your glass replaced fast. Our new campaign helps imagine what life would be without a windshield.

The Challenge

  • Auto glass repair is a classic David vs. Goliath story, with the category leader dominating the category through national visibility and insurance referrals. For most consumers, auto glass is a confusing, once-in-a-decade hassle. They don’t know who to call, whether insurance covers it, how long it will take, or who to trust. Their first stop? Insurance—sending them straight to the category leader. Their second? Search—dropping them into a sea of indistinguishable local shops. Either way, AutoGlassNow wasn’t top of mind, and the category itself was seen as a chore to get over with quickly.

The Solution

  • We flipped the script by intercepting consumers before the “uh-oh” moment—before a rock chips the glass or a crack spreads across the windshield. With a bold, distinctive campaign, we made AutoGlassNow synonymous with fast, convenient repair, reducing the urge to search (and end up elsewhere) when a problem struck. The strategy: build awareness in the pre-trigger phase, so AutoGlassNow was already in consumers’ heads when they needed it most—all while working with a lean budget.
